Leg 2 of on AIR Tour in Europe close to selling out

Tuesday, May 6th, 2008 by Mike Chambers

Train for Amsterdam to Brussels Well, we are less than a month away from the second leg of the on AIR Tour in Europe. Everyone has finally recovered from the first leg, and we ready to load up the backpack, and hit the trains for the second leg.

I am really excited about this second leg of the tour, as we are going a little further east, and visiting some cities that we don’t get to quite as often as the others. We will be visiting:

Registration is going well, and the cities are close to selling out, so head over to the tour site and register today.

We also have some new schwag for leg 2, which Ill be posting about shortly.

As always, you can keep up with the tour by following this blog, and the tour’s twitter account.

Dublin Event Postponed

Sunday, March 9th, 2008 by Mike Chambers

Due to some logistics issues, we are having to postpone the on AIR Tour event for Dublin. We don’t have a new date for the event, but will be working closely with the local user group in Dublin. The website schedule has been updated, and we are no longer taking registrations for Dublin

This is really unfortunate, as registration for the first leg has been very high (much higher than we expected at this point), and we are getting close to selling out London and Paris (with Amsterdam and Madrid not that far behind). Ill make another post shortly with an update on registration.

on AIR Tour is heading to Europe

Monday, November 5th, 2007 by Mike Chambers

Andrew Shorten just announced at the Flash on the Beach Conference Keynote in Brighton, England that the on AIR Tour is heading to Europe. We are still finalizing some of the details, but the tour will cover 12 cities over 4 weeks (divided into two legs or 2 weeks each), and will be held in late Spring of 2008.

No bus this time (we couldn’t get the nerd smell out of it), so the European tour will be done via train.

Watch here for more information and details.

Information for New York AIR Camp

Sunday, September 23rd, 2007 by Mike Chambers

As I posted a couple of weeks ago, the New York AIR camp is sold out. I just checked out the venue, and it is a little smaller than I expected, so, it is going to be nice and cozy tomorrow. Because of this, we will not be allowing anyone in who has not already registered. Normally we are pretty lenient on this, but because of the venue, and the number of people expected to attend, we have to be a little more strict.

Also, if you are taking the subway, then the Canal street subway stop seems to be the closest. Just get off at Canal street and then go south on Lafayette.
