Apollo Camp Introduction to Apollo : Mike Chambers

This is a video of a session I did at Apollo Camp which gives an overview of Apollo, and then shows how easy it is to get started building applications.

Note that at the end of the presentation, Flex Builder is giving me an error, and I can’t export the AIR file. The issue is that I did not include the icon PNG file in the AIR file. You can see a video of how to do that in the Packaging and Distributing your Application video at Lynda.com.

    You know that icon problem you were having trying to the show icon on the desktop…the code tag wasn’t closed. Where you input the code for the PNG file name, close the tag and your app should work for demonstration.
